Shipping & Returns (T&Cs)
Due to the current global disruption, shipping and delivery times are delayed. While we will try to fulfil orders as soon as possible, these are our estimated delivery times at the moment:
- Apparel: 2-4 weeks
- Prints: 2-3 weeks
- Collectables (Cards, cups, puzzles, trays): 2-4 weeks
Depending the shipping destination, orders can take as little as days or the full estimated weeks above . Should there be any delays, we'll review each order to offer a replacement or refund after 30 days of dispatch.

We'll send you an email to notify that your order is on its way. If you choose a tracked delivery upon checkout, a parcel tracking number will be sent on that email.
We ship orders from different manufacturers in the world to ensure we can reach as many countries as possible (check each individual product page to learn where each product is shipped from). This means that, depending on the items ordered, we may fulfil and ship products in separate parcels from different countries using different couriers.
For a variety of reasons, please note that if upon checkout you are not prompted with a shipping option, it means we cannot ship to your country (sorry 🤷♀️). We will be lifting shipping restrictions as soon as possible to deliver our products to the most number of countries possible.
Import Taxes & Duties
If shipping destination is within the EU, orders are not liable for import duties since we ship products from the EU. If the shipping destination is outside the EU, please be advised that customs charges and/or import fees are determined by the customs office of the country of destination.
Please contact your local customs office to learn if any import duties are applicable to your order. If any, payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.
Once an order is placed, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. Please check that your order summary and shipping details are correct and contact us immediately if there are details that need to be changed.
Returns & Exchanges
In case of exchange or refund, please contact us at your earliest convenience by replying to your order's confirmation email or citing your order number and reason for return, exchange or refund. We will provide a return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved and settled.
Please note that :
- If you receive the wrong order, a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to look into the issue and to send you a replacement order.
- T-shirts are eligible for return and exchange but please be aware that return and shipping costs will be at your expense. Please check the sizing chart to pick the right size before placing an order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery.
We'll review refund requests on a case to case basis and will refund an order's cost if reasonable. Be aware that initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless reasonable to do so.
