Shipping

We ship orders stocked items from our warehouse in the NL and prints from different print labs in the world (NL, AU and US). This means that, depending on the items ordered, we may fulfil and ship products in separate parcels using different couriers. 

Please note that if upon checkout you are not prompted with a shipping option, it means we cannot ship to your country at the moment (sorry). We hope to lift shipping restrictions over time to deliver our products to the most number of countries possible.

Stocked Items

Orders for stocked items are processed swiftly and dispatched to the courier within a few hours. Once the order has been fulfilled, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please ensure that your order and shipping address are accurate before completing your purchase.

We aim to fulfil and deliver these orders within 5-8 business days.

Print to Order items

All prints are produced on demand within 1-2 days of placing the order and delivered within 5-8 business days from placing the order. Once printed, orders cannot be altered or cancelled. Please double-check your order and shipping details before finalising your purchase.

Delivery times and delays

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, ranging from shorter to the maximum estimated time indicated above. In the event of any delays, we will carefully review each order and provide a replacement or refund after 30 days from dispatch.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. Please review the order summary and shipping details carefully. If any changes are needed, contact us immediately.


Order Dispatch

You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched. If you opt for tracked delivery during checkout, a parcel tracking number will be included in this email.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. Please check that your order summary and shipping details are correct and contact us immediately if there are details that need to be changed.

Import Taxes & Duties

Kindly note that customs charges and import fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country. Any applicable fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.

Returns & Exchanges

For exchanges or refunds, please contact us promptly by replying to your order confirmation email or providing your order number and reason for return, exchange, or refund. We will supply return address details once your request has been approved and processed.

Exchanges

Please note:
* If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, notify us immediately for a replacement.
* Stocked Items are eligible for return and exchange, but please note that return and shipping costs are at your expense. Refer to the sizing chart before placing your order.
* Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
* Prints cannot be exchanged as they are made to order.

Refunds

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will refund the order cost if deemed reasonable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless warranted.
