Shipping & Returns
Once an order is placed, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. Please check that your order summary and shipping details are correct and contact us immediately if there are details that need to be changed.
We use Royal Mail for sending out parcels: 1st class for domestic orders and International standard for all others.
All orders are sent the next working day after purchase. We'll send you an email to notify that your order is on its way. If you choose a tracked delivery upon checkout, a parcel tracking number will be sent on that email.
Shipping times vary from country to country. While we do everything in our control to ship within the delivery times, customs checks and busy seasons (holidays) might delay your order.
These are our estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2 working days;
- EU and North America: 5 - 7 working days;
- Asia and Oceania: 7 - 10 working days;
- Rest of the World: 10-15 working days;
In the rare event that you don't receive your order within these times, please allow an extra week for your parcel to arrive before getting in touch with us.
For a variety of reasons, please note that we cannot ship to the following countries (sorry 🤷♀️):
- Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) Democratic Republic of Congo Eritrea
- Guinea-Bissau Haiti
- Myanmar (Burma) North Korea Russia
Returns & Exchanges
In case of exchange or refund, please contact us at your earliest convenience by replying to your order's confirmation email or citing your order number and reason for return, exchange or refund. We will provide a return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved and settled.
Please note that :
- If you receive the wrong order, a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately for us to investigate what went wrong and to send you a replacement order.
- T-shirts are eligible for return and exchange but please be aware that return and shipping costs will be at your expense. So please check the sizing chart to pick the right size just before checkout.
- Items must be returned in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery.
We'll review refund requests on a case to case basis and will refund an order's cost if reasonable. Be aware that initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless reasonable to do so.
